OddsPipe is a developer data API. We collect the minimum needed to run your account and the Service. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and who processes it.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address | Account creation, login, and service-related communication. Collected through our authentication provider (Clerk). |
| IP address | Recorded in request logs for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. |
| API usage | Request counts, timestamps, and endpoints accessed — used to enforce rate limits and daily caps, and to bill paid plans. |
| Billing reference | For paid plans, a Stripe customer identifier linking your account to your subscription. |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share data with a small set of processors only as needed to run the Service:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Clerk | Authentication and account management (email). |
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing. |
| Railway | Application hosting and database infrastructure. |
| Cloudflare | Storage (R2) for historical data and content delivery. |
| BetterStack | Uptime monitoring and status reporting. |
| Umami | Self-hosted, cookieless website analytics (aggregate page views only). |
We use a session cookie from our authentication provider to keep you signed in. Our website analytics are provided by a self-hosted Umami instance that is cookieless and collects only aggregate, non-identifying usage (such as page views). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We retain your account-level data (email, API key, billing reference) for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete this data, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal or tax obligations. Aggregate usage data is retained for up to one year, and request logs are retained for a short period for security and debugging.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We do not sell personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@oddspipe.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
OddsPipe is operated from the United States, and your data is processed and stored in the United States and in the regions used by the service providers listed above. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
The Service is intended for developers and businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice where appropriate.
