These Terms govern your access to and use of the OddsPipe API and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and OddsPipe ("OddsPipe", "we", "us"). They apply to the OddsPipe application programming interface, data, software development kit, and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your API Key and for all activity that occurs under your Account and Key. One active API Key is issued per Account. Do not share your Key, and notify us promptly at hello@oddspipe.com if you believe it has been compromised. We may regenerate or revoke a Key if we reasonably believe it has been exposed or misused.
The Service is offered in tiers. Current tiers and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring fees, plus any applicable taxes.
Each tier enforces hard per-minute and daily request limits. We do not bill for usage beyond your limits; instead, requests are paused until the applicable window resets. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Subject to these Terms and your active tier, OddsPipe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service and use the Data. Usage rights depend on your tier:

If you subscribe to the Scale tier, you may incorporate and redistribute the Data as part of your own application, product, or analysis delivered to your end users. You may not resell or republish the raw Data as a stand-alone or bulk data feed that competes with the Service, and you may not sublicense direct API access. All other tiers may use the Data only within their own applications and may not redistribute it.
The Data is aggregated from third-party prediction-market platforms, including Polymarket and Kalshi. OddsPipe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms. The Data is provided for informational purposes only and is not investment, trading, betting, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Data, and you are solely responsible for any decisions you make using it.
OddsPipe and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. We own the compilation, normalization, and presentation of the Data; underlying market information remains the property of its source platforms. You retain all rights in the applications and products you build using the Service.
We will not materially reduce the general functionality of the Service during a paid subscription period. Except for that commitment, the Service and Data are provided "as is." We make no guarantee that the Service will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, OddsPipe disclaims all other warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for lost profits or revenues (whether direct or indirect), or for any consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages relating to these Terms. Each party's total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid OddsPipe in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD $100. These limitations apply to all liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OddsPipe from and against all claims, damages, and costs arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of a third party's rights. This obligation is contingent on us promptly notifying you of the claim, providing reasonable assistance at your expense, and giving you control over the defense and settlement (provided no settlement imposes obligations on us without our consent).
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 30 days of notice, or immediately for a breach that cannot be cured or for abuse that threatens the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. On request, we will delete your account data within 60 days, except where retention is required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8 through 12) will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
