Cancel whenever you want, with no lock-in. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing hello@oddspipe.com. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and then drops to the Free tier. You keep full access to your paid features until that date — we don't cut you off mid-period or charge you again after you cancel.
We do not issue automatic refunds for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error, your team subscribed by mistake, or you didn't use the service during the period, email hello@oddspipe.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review your situation case by case. We aim to be fair and to respond quickly.
The Free tier costs nothing and never requires a payment method, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using it at any time.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry for a short grace period. If payment still can't be collected, your account is downgraded to the Free tier and your data is preserved — you can re-subscribe at any time.
